Stir Fried Diced Beef Fillet & Nuts in XO Sauce
    1. Clean beef fillet and wipe dry. Dice and mix with marinade.
    2. Deep fry beef fillet in warm oil and remove.
    3. Stir fry garlic and XO sauce until fragrant. Return beef fillet to wok.
    4. Sizzle wine. Add sauce and red chili rings. Stir fry and sprinkle with Macadamia nuts. Stir fry until well mixed and serve.

Tips

Use roasted cashew to substitute macadamia nuts
