Feng Sang Shui Hei (Smoked Salmon Salad)
    1.  Place 1st to 8th ingredients on a large serving plate
    2. Use few pieces of smoked salmon slices as decoration then place in the centre of the plate
    3.  Combine the seasoning mix in a bowl and set aside

    4. Sprinkle roasted peanuts and pour seasoning over salad then serve

Tips

Could use apricot jam to replace plum sauce
