Grilled Pork Cheek
    1.  Wash pork cheek and pat dry
    2. Trim off fat
    3.  Combine the seasoning mix in a bowl and set aside
    4. Grill pork cheek over low heat until both sides are done or approx. 1 hour
    5. Slice and transfer to serving plate, drizzle maple syrup over and garnish with a piece of lime
