Portuguese roasted lamb shank
    1. Blend onion, garlic, bay leaf, coriander,butter, olive oil and wine until combined
    2. Pour marinate sauce over lamb shank in a bowl and marinate overnight
    3. Place marinated lamb shank in a baking tray , roast in a preheated 165c oven for 1 hour
    4. Then add potatoes and roast until potatoes are cooked and meat is tender
