Pork Belly with Chocolate Sauce

Olive oil
Sliced onion
Red chili, chopped
Garlic, chopped
Tomato, chopped
Sesame seed
Chicken stock
Peanut butter
Dark chocolate, chopped

Pork Belly with Chocolate Sauce
    1. Heat oil and pan fry pork belly both sides golden brown, transfer to plate
    2. Using the same pan, saute garlic, onion and chili until golden and tender
    3. Add in chopped tomatoes, sesame seeds, nutmeg, chicken stock, cinnamon and cook for 2–3 minutes
    4. Mix all the liquid mixture with the blender
    5. Add in peanut butter, raisin and dark chocolate, process until smooth
    6. Bring the mixture back to the pan, add in salt and coriander and the cooked pork belly, bring to a boil then simmer, cover and cook for 45 mins or until tender
