Oat Rice Beef Congee
天氣乍暖還寒,呢幾日又凍過,著多件衫之餘,最啱就係食番啲暖笠笠啲美食。今次Denice教嘅碎牛燕麥米粥,採用咗Otelia嘅燕麥米,加入碎牛及粟米,暖胃又健康!

    1. Marinade minced beef with pinch of salt and pepper and ½ tsp sesame oil.
    2. Bring chicken stock and water to a boil, add oat rice and cook for 15 minutes
    3. Add in minced beef and sweet corn kernel and cook until beef is well done
    4. Remove from heat and pour into a serving bowl, sprinkle green onion over congee
