Homemade Oriental BBQ Pork

Chopped fresh cilantro, for garnish

Olive or vegetable oil

Curry powder

Homemade Oriental BBQ Pork
    1. In a small bowl, combine soy sauce, honey, lime juice, oil, garlic, curry powder, ginger and black pepper; mix until well blended
    2. Place collar butt into the plastic bag, pour marinade over
    3. Close bag tightly and marinate in refrigerator for 1 hour or up to overnight
    4. Remove meat from marinade; reserve marinade
    5. Set oven to 200C, roast for 20 – 25 minutes or until is meat is fully cooked, turning after first 10 minutes. Remove from oven and let side for 5 minutes then slice into pieces
    6. Boil reserved marinade in a small saucepan, reduce heat and simmer 5 minutes. Serve with sliced pork, garnish with cilantro
