Portguese Kale Soup
    1. Season omni pork with salt and pepper
    2. Boil potato, onion and garlic in salted water with olive oil.
    3. When potato is cooked, turn off heat and blend the soup with food processor until smooth
    4. Return to heat and bring to a boil, add chopped kale, omni pork and cook until kale is tender and omni pork is cooked.
    5. Season with salt and pepper to soup
    6. Pour soup into serving bowl then serve
